I've been where you are.

After years of being dismissed, sick, and told this was “just my life now,” strength training helped me rebuild from the ground up. As a midlife woman navigating hormonal shifts and health setbacks, I know exactly how frustrating it can feel when nothing seems to work anymore.

I didn’t grow up confident or healthy. I spent years battling body image issues, self-doubt, and later, a health crisis that nearly stole everything from me. Lyme Disease went undiagnosed for years, quietly destroying my body. My heart would spike to 200 just from standing. My legs would give out. My speech slurred. My vision blurred. I was practically living in the ER — and every doctor kept saying:

“Go home. Rest. This is your life now.”

One even told me I’d likely end up bed-bound.

Meanwhile… I had a newborn in my arms.

I remember looking at him and thinking,


Absolutely not. This is not the story he’s going to grow up watching.

So after every protocol and every dead end, I started rebuilding myself slowly, stubbornly... one rep at a time. Strength training wasn’t just physical healing. It was mental, emotional, and spiritual rebuilding. It brought me back to myself. It restored my confidence, my independence, and my identity.

That experience became the foundation of my philosophy:

True strength begins with the mind and radiates through the body.

This belief led me to become a fitness model, a published writer, and an Inside Fitness Magazine Hot & Fit 100 Top 10 finalist, but more importantly, it led me to coaching.

Because I realized something women rarely say out loud:

We’re not failing.

Our needs evolve.

Will I need a gym membership? Can I do this at home?

You have full flexibility. The program provides dual versions of workouts: gym-based and home-friendly routines using minimal equipment. You’ll also learn how to adapt exercises if you’re traveling or don’t have access to a gym.
